Assist individuals with physical challenges to improve mobility and daily living skills.
Provide skilled care to clients and educate the family and healthcare team.
Specialty Programs:
Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, Total Shoulder Replacement.
Graduate of an approved clinical education school.
Licensed in the state where you practice.
At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
Master's degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy.
A bachelor's degree and five years of physical therapy experience may be considered.
Basic technology skills, including the use of a mobile device.
Medicare home health experience preferred.
