We are currently looking for a dynamic Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our Kirkland, IL.

How you will spend you days as a Kitchen / Bath Design and Sales Associate:
Soliciting new accounts, conducting job site visits, and prospecting for new projectsGreeting clients to the design center, assessing clients needs, and assisting the customer with product selectionDesigning to spec and customer requestsConducting pre-construction site inspections and measurementsConducting bid and prep proposal functionsWe offerHealth care benefits, starting the first of month after 30 days of employment401(k) with company matchClosed major holidays and Sunday'sPaid time offWell support your educational and career goals with our continuous education programsWe want you to join the team if you can check these boxes:
Construction and/or Industry experience a plus but not required.
Knowledge of 20/20 or AutoCADExcellent communication, interpersonal and sense of urgency skill set is a mustAbility to interpret customer ideas into realistic plansArticulate deadlines, expectations and needs with vendors, customers and managementAbility to perform tasks and manage time with minimal oversight in a team environmentAdaptability in a fast-paced environment where priorities can be redirectedProven sales and operations management experienceBuild Your Future Today With Hines Supply.
